MY/BIO

I am a Cinematographer/Director/Producer based out of South Florida. I have been working in the industry for over 10 years and have built a strong client base in that time.

A little about myself, I was studying finance in college when a friend gave me a job at a lighting rental house and studio. I fell in love with the industry right away and felt that this was my calling. The next semester I switched schools and started attending the Art institute of Ft. Lauderdale.

I stayed working in rental houses while studying at the Art Institute. After college, I was working in a grip & lighting rental house for a few years. I quickly moved my way up to managing the whole lighting department in a year and a half. I knew that this was just the stepping-stone for me and I was on to bigger things. I left the rental house and went to work on set as a Grip. I quickly moved up the ranks to Gaffer and started gaffing a lot of music videos and small commercials.

Since, I am always striving to do better and to push myself to the next level. I never saw myself as a life long gaffer or grip. So, in 2012 my colleague and I from college started a production company, with just a DSLR camera and some lenses. We went door to door trying to get clients. Knowing that the work would speak for itself.

Since then, I have helped build a great client base for the company and for myself. As of late, I have been directing and producing as a freelancer and I still work with the company but now as a freelancer.

Having worn so many hats on set, has molded me into a versatile filmmaker. It has given me an advantage over directors and producers that are only familiar with one side of production.
